Day 8 of Xocai Chocolate Diet 90 Day Punta Gorda Weight Loss Challenge: Down 6.2 pounds!

I am so excited to say I had my first weekly weigh in this morning for the Xocai Chocolate Diet. I am down 6.2 pounds in one week! Woohoo!  Can I tell you how difficult it was not to weigh myself during the week? I honestly wanted to know if I was on track. I did have a hint though, a few days before my weigh in I noticed my shirt was looser. I was hoping that was a good sign.  

Well today is the start of week 2 and I am more energized than ever. The reason I am so excited about this diet is that it is just not that difficult.
