What are the health benefits of dark chocolate? Is chocolate really good for you? That is the question. There seems to be evidence that chocolate can be healthy but it is very important that the chocolate is minimally processed for best benefits.
Many years ago I started eating a healthy chocolate that was called Xocai. It was so healthy, full of antioxidants and flavonoids. I felt so much better eating it. It was sold to another company years back and named well Beyond. They stopped making it for a time. That was when all hell broke loose, at least when it came to my blood work. All of a sudden I had issues I had not had to deal with for many years. I changed my diet and things are slowly improving, but it proved to me how much I missed that chocolate. I tried out many other brands. Some are super high in calories and not low carb. I could not find anything even close!
So where can you buy this healthy chocolate?
The one I had been eating was low carb, keto friendly and only 35 calories a piece. Since it was not heated like traditional chocolate candy, it had crazy amounts of antioxidants and cocoa flavonoids. Big bonus, it tastes amazing. Xocai healthy chocolate is no longer available. Don’t worry though, because the original owner of Xocai, Jeanette Brooks, has created a new Dark Chocolate Healthy Hack that you will want to know about! They now have a dark chocolate Hac, a protein shake and a Dark Chocolate cookie!
Have you had any benefits eating dark chocolate? Seriously, What are the health benefits of dark chocolate that you notice? Please comment and let us know your feedback. Thanks!
