This last week I decided to up my game.  I have been working out or exercizing 6 days a week and increasing my water intake.  I strongly recommend you get your thyroid checked if you think that might be an issue as it does impact your ability to lose weight.

This week I am working on increasing places to work out.  Yes I work out at the health club but I was looking for fun places to exercise to keep up the momentum.  My latest thoughts?  A walk or bike ride on Venice or Siesta Key beach, A walk on the Punta Gorda riverwalk or a visit to any of the Florida State park walking trails including the Myakka State Park in Sarasota.  

Find something that gets you motivated to keep on moving.  That is what I am doing.  I will keep on moving.  How about you?  What will you do to keep moving?
