Great options for a healthy chocolate breakfast.

Andrea Metcalf has been such an inspiration. It was her show back in 2014 with the Chicago Chocolate Diet that encouraged me to focus on health and weight loss. Her show convinced me to have a healthy chocolate breakfast every morning. On her show there were many people losing weight. The gal from Chicago who lost weight on the Xocai protein was called the Chicago Chocolate Diet. That is the Beyond chocolate shake that I still take today! This has become my go to Breakfast replacement. It has helped me greatly and it tastes great.

High cholesterol can be a scary thing.
