Chocolate Protein Shake
Chocolate banana PB breakfast recipe is a family favorite shake. Trying to find a healthy and quick breakfast can be difficult. If you want to start feeding your body the fuel it needs, this chocolate protein shake just might do the trick. The key to success with this recipe is to make sure to use frozen and not fresh bananas. This gives the texture of the morning protein shake a super thick and hearty shake like consistency. Some like their shakes thicker and some prefer them thinner. Today we will share my oldest son’s absolute favorite Chocolate banana PB breakfast recipe.

Simply blend and serve!
When searching for a healthy breakfast option, my first choice is not normally a protein shake. Some shakes can be chalky and taste horrible. I was pleasantly surprised to find this healthy chocolate shake that used to be called Xocai. I fhave found some amazing recipes that I crave. It was even featured on the cover of the American Journal of Bariatric Medicine as a weight loss breakthrough. Those that followed the (Xocai) Beyond healthy chocolate diet plan in the Bariatrician, lost an average of 32 pounds in just 12 weeks. Since this protein shake tastes so good, it is easy to follow. In addition to doing the whole two meal replacement shake, a shake in the morning is also a fantastic way to start the day. For my son, that option is the Chocolate banana PB breakfast.
